School of Humanities and School of Government Management Hold Joint Exchange

On the morning of May 26, Ma Zili, Dean of the School of Humanities at Shenzhen University, and Yi Ling, Party Committee Secretary, led a delegation to the School of Government Management for a thematic exchange aimed at broadening development strategies and improving management practices. He Yanhui, Party Committee Secretary, and Chen Wen, Executive Dean of the School of Government Management, welcomed the visitors.

The two schools held in-depth discussions on annual performance evaluation optimization, undergraduate teaching reform, research platform development, integration of Party building with academic work, and graduate employment initiatives.

The School of Humanities outlined its current performance assessment framework, challenges, and improvement plans. The School of Government Management shared practical approaches, outcomes, and methods to maximize motivation through performance incentives. Both sides exchanged ideas on faculty-student ratios, curriculum optimization, cross-disciplinary course scheduling, and teaching quality enhancement. Employment promotion strategies were also discussed.

The meeting concluded with mutual commitments to share experience, address common challenges, and explore joint development opportunities.
