On the morning of May 21, Yi Ling, Party Committee Secretary of the School of Humanities at Shenzhen University, led a delegation to the School of Communication for a thematic exchange. Zhou Xiaoxi, Party Committee Secretary of the School of Communication, and Yang Guang, Vice Dean (acting dean), joined the discussion.

The two schools explored five key areas: performance evaluation schemes, undergraduate teaching reform, research platform development, deeper integration of Party building with academic work, and graduate employment initiatives.

The School of Humanities outlined its reform directions for performance assessment, while the School of Communication shared its principles, practices, and optimization strategies from last year. Both sides exchanged views on curriculum updates, talent cultivation, and innovation-driven programs. They also discussed team-building in research, structured research implementation, and award application processes.

The meeting concluded with mutual sharing of experiences in linking Party affairs with professional development and in enhancing employment outcomes for graduates.
